The Polycom 12 volt IP phone power supply provides AC power to the Polycom 301 & 501. If your power supply is lost or damaged this is the replacement part. The Polycom 12v IP phone power supply is used to provide power to Polycom IP phones when in-line power over Ethernet (POE) is not available.
