Definity Callmaster III

Callmaster phones do not have a physical switchhook and cradle. They become active when a headset is plugged in. The release button ends the call. They are best suited for a Call Center environment, or any application where calls are taken one after another.

The Callmaster is a multi-appearance digital voice terminal used primarily as a Call Management or Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) position. All Callmaster models are equipped with a 2-line by 40-character display that can be used to provide information on incoming and outgoing calls. The unit can be programmed to enter an After-Call Work State following each call for the completion of service paperwork and can be configured for zip tone operation where calls follow one another in a rapid sequence.

The Definity Callmaster II (603D)and Definity Callmaster III (603E) are being replaced by the Callmaster IV (603F1).

The Avaya Callmaster III is Headset Compatible. It requires a Plantronics P10 Amplifier to connect to it, then any H Series Plantronics Headset

Note: The Avaya Definity Callmaster III Phone is only compatible with the Avaya Definity Telephone system, and is not suitable for home use.
