TN570D - Avaya Definity TN570D Expansion Interface.Definity TN573B

Overview:
This is a used Avaya Definity TN573B V6 Switch Node Interface. This item was taken from a working Definity Generic 3R switch. Cosmetically it is in good condition with minor scratches and dust from normal usage. The label on this card says Avaya but it does have a Lucent brand plastic bracket.

We installed this card in a working cabinet. We powered on the cabinet and the card displayed the top red and green LED upon start up. We are not familiar with this system so we do not know if the Interface is fully functional. No other testing was done.

• Routes circuit, packet, and control messages.
• Interface installed in an SN carrier in a CSS that terminates a fibre optic from an SNI in an SN carrier to an SNI in another SN carrier, an EI in a PPN, and an EI in an EPN.
• One TN573B is used per PN and supports the TN574 DS1 converter circuit pack.
• TN573B and higher provides an interface to the single-mode fibre optic transceiver and supports the TN1654 and TN574 DS1 converter circuit pack.
